We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to support our marketing operation and ensure our products are well represented in stores. This role involves merchandising execution, sales reporting, and support for trade promotions, product launches and etc. Join us, be part of a dynamic team that drives brand visibility and sales growth across leading FMCG field!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist BDM in managing and maintaining relationships with key clients/retail accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, AEON, Tesco etc) to ensure long-term satisfaction and business growth.
Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Support promotions, campaigns, and sampling activities, ensuring smooth execution.
Monitor competitor activities and prepare simple market reports.
Leverage AI tools to assist in researching market trends and customer needs, monitor competitors, and prepare simple market reports to support business strategies.
Prepare sales reports (sell-in/sell-out) and analyze performance trends.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage slow-moving SKUs.
Maintain product listings, process promotional claims, invoices, and SKU submissions.
Coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) delivery, in-store display setup, and product launch activities to ensure effective brand visibility
Liaise with internal teams, retailers, and vendors for daily coordination.
Assist in trade fairs, roadshows, brand activations, and preparation of presentation materials
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Min 3 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or retail operations (FMCG preferred).
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and generate reports.
Familiar with AI tools in daily work.
Good in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Organized, analytical, and able to multitask.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to visit retail outlets.
