HR Coordinator (Outlet & Field Support)

Job Purpose:

Act as the on-ground HR representative to ensure attendance discipline, accurate manpower data and proper HR compliance across all outlets and Central Kitchen. This role requires regular outlet visits and is not desk-based.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance Monitoring & Verification (Main Focus)
  • Conduct regular and random attendance checks at outlets and Central Kitchen
  • Verify actual staff presence against reported attendance
  • Identify lateness patterns, absenteeism and irregularities
  • Highlight discrepancies and report findings to HR Executive
2. Payroll Data Coordination
  • Compile attendance, overtime, leave and claims from all outlets
  • Cross-check and confirm data with Outlet Managers
  • Ensure all payroll data is accurate and submitted on time for payroll processing
3. Discipline Monitoring
  • Observe and document attendance and behaviour-related issues
  • Follow up on minor discipline matters at outlet level
  • Escalate repeated or serious cases to HR Executive for action
4. HR Administration Support
  • Maintain and update employee records (new joiners, resignations, transfers)
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
  • Ensure proper filing and record accuracy
5. Outlet Coordination (HR Matters)
  • Liaise with Outlet Managers on attendance and staff-related matters
  • Ensure HR processes and instructions are followed at outlet level
  • Act as communication bridge between HQ HR and outlets
Requirements:
  • Preferred male, willing to travel between outlets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment
  • Able to handle on-ground situations and communicate with kitchen and service teams
  • Strong discipline, responsible and detail-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
