What will you do?
- System Management & Maintenance:
Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Configure system changes, upgrades, and implement new functionalities based on business needs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows using technology solutions.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system performance and automation.
Provide technical support and training to HR and other stakeholders on HRIS functionality and processes.
Act as a liaison between HR and IT to troubleshoot issues and manage system enhancements.
- Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure System Compliance With Legal And Company Requirements.
Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
Supervise, mentor, and guide the HRIS team member to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee the daily workload, priorities, and development of the team member.
What skills and experience do you need?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
Proficiency in HR data reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with system integration and data migration is a plus.
