About the role
Oncod Sdn.Bhd. is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Executive cum Accounts Assistants to join our team in Taman Kota Puteri, Plentong Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and financial accounting functions to support the company's operations.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the procurement of materials, components and services to meet operational requirements
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Process purchase orders, invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Maintain and update supplier database and keep proper filling system.
- Assist in issuing sales Invoices and follow up on payment collections.
- Handle petty cash and staff's claims.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a procurement or accounts role, preferably in the cranes , transport or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in Purchasing, Accounting or a related field
