Technical Support: Provide regional and hands-on technical support to colleagues.
IT Asset Management: Manage IT assets and equipment.
System Administration: Administer and troubleshoot cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure, including M365, Azure, VMWare, Window serves, Database, Linux servers & storage.
Performance Monitoring: Support performance monitoring, firmware/software upgrades, and security patching for VM Host & clients.

Responsible to co-operate and comply with any procedures, instructions, control measures on EHS instituted by the organization.
Responsible to take reasonable care for the EHS of himself, of other workers and environment.
Responsible to apply required control measures on managing chemical as per Chemical Management Procedure.
Responsible to exercise care relevant facilities that are concerning with emergency preparedness and response.
Responsible to assist EHS personnel on conducting regular monitoring and measuring of EHS performance, such as noise risk assessment, chemical health risk assessment (CHRA), ergonomic risk assessment, etc.
