About the role
Jing Wei Hirain Automotive Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Melaka. As a full-time permanent employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our automotive electronics products.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer zero-kilometer and after-sales quality issues, assist external communication with the customer service department, and organize internal return analysis. Summarize and analyze return data.
- Responsible for quality control of automotive electronic products, including process inspections, finished product storage, and finished product shipping inspection. Plan quality documents and conduct data analysis.
- Handle anomalies in the production process and finished product inspection of automotive electronic products.
- Work according to quality system requirements, provide timely feedback on issues not in compliance with the procedures.
- Responsible for the two-party audit of products corresponding to the assigned customers, including flight audits, PPAP audits, annual audits, etc.
Requirements:
- Prefer 1 years or above of quality management experience (preference given to experience in the automotive and electronic industries, extensive experience in handling customer complaints is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree or higher education level.
- Familiarity with the QMS 5 core tools, IATF16919, VDA, 6Sigma, and other quality tools,
proficiency in at least one of the specified requirements.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle pressure, teamwork spirit, good professional ethics, and a strong quality-oriented mindset, advocating continuous improvement.
