Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor site works for building, structural, and civil works projects.

  • Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.

  • Communicate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Monitor site progress to meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

  • Implement site safety procedures in compliance with CIDB safety guidelines.

  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records.

  • Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction sector.

  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) for communication with China-based management.

  • Able to read and interpret technical & construction drawings.

  • Familiar with building works, civil works, and site safety regulations.

  • CIDB green card holder preferred.

  • Computer literate / Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office).

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to multiple project sites.
