We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure quality control standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in production planning, lean manufacturing, and team leadership within a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to meet production targets, output, yield, and cost efficiency
Lead and manage production operators to ensure productivity, discipline, and performance
Monitor and enforce quality control (QC) standards and compliance with specifications
Perform equipment and material inspections based on checklist requirements
Prepare and maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance data
Control and reduce rework, scrap, and production wastage
Ensure all processes comply with technical drawings, SOPs, and work instructions
Track and analyze production metrics (OEE, downtime, efficiency) and implement improvements
