· Drive growth in market share and contribute to the bottom line across various client segments, with a primary focus on achieving business objectives.
· Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships with both existing and potential clients by promoting efficient, reliable, and high-quality services, while maintaining strong rapport and providing accurate, timely information to support informed decision-making.
· Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of tailored products/solutions that meet key client requirements and resolving service-related issues within the stipulated SLA.
· Oversee and initiate the contract renewal process, ensuring that contracts are legally binding and aligned with client needs.
· Provide detailed and accurate forecasts, as well as regular reports to clients and management.
· Conduct site visits and actively follow up with clients to gather feedback and implement improvements.
Good To Have
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or Business Administration
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field with exposure in servicing enterprise customers and FSI
· Experience in E-Commerce/Mobile Commerce and knowledge of E-Payment solutions is an added advantage
· Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Possess own transportation and willing to travel
