Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are a well-established engineering company seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth through lead generation, sales strategy execution, deal closing, and strong customer relationship management.
Job Description:
- Achieve sales and project targets through presentations, negotiations, and successful deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Plan and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Support the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads through market research and competitor analysis.
- Deliver timely after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, leads, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–3 years of sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
