Sales Admin (4 Month Contact)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin (Contract) to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in customer service activities. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing sales efficiency, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the sales team.

Contract Duration: Aug 2026 to Dec 2026 (4-month)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, processing orders, and maintaining CRM data.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support regarding sales-related matters.
  • Coordinate with various departments (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update sales team on stock availability.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Sales Admin, Sales Support, or Administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) OR CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Prior experience in the automotive, e-commerce, or related industry is a plus.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
