Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase participation in seminars and training programs
  • Manage end-to-end seminar operations including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and improve conversion rates
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into participants or clients
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports (sales, campaign results, attendance analysis)
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients and external organizations
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Support business development activities including daily operations and ad-hoc assignments
  • Coordinate new project initiation, including documentation and internal kick-off meetings
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve internal processes and workflow efficiency
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in corporate sales, business development, or related field (advantage)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in public speaking and client engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
