About the role
We are seeking a talented Finance Executive to join our team at Jing Wei Hirain Automotive Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial and accounting services to support the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Support the month-end and year-end closure process
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Provide financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting, and compliance
- Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
