Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional Medical Photographer & Videographer to document patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. This role is critical for both medical record documentation and marketing content creation. The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented, experienced in clinical environments, and capable of capturing consistent, professional-quality images and videos without post-production editing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture standardized pre-operative and post-operative photographs for medical documentation
- Record intraoperative (during surgery) video and photo content when required
- Ensure strict consistency in angles, lighting, framing, and patient positioning
- Prepare proper lighting setups and camera configurations before each session
- Direct patients professionally to achieve medically accurate and aesthetically consistent images
- Maintain organized digital archives of all patient photos and videos
- Create clean, high-quality visual content suitable for social media and digital marketing
- Develop digital albums for internal tracking and presentation
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Coordinate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure proper documentation protocols

This position focuses on capturing high-quality raw content. No photo or video editing is required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in professional photography and videography
- Experience in medical, cosmetic, or clinical settings preferred
- Strong understanding of lighting, angles, framing, and composition
- Ability to follow strict image standardization protocols
- Professional demeanor when working with patients
- Strong organizational skills for digital file management
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting systems, and stabilization tools
- Ability to work in surgical environments
Technical Skills:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera expertise
- Professional lighting setup experience
- Basic understanding of file management and digital organization systems
- Experience capturing content for social media platforms
