Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.<h3>How you’ll make an impact in this role </h3><ul><li>Deliver compassionate, direct patient care under RN supervision, ensuring every individual’s daily needs and comfort are met with dignity.</li><li>Monitor and track vital signs and patient responses to provide the clinical team with the real-time data necessary for safe, effective interventions.</li><li>Document the patient’s journey and clinical observations accurately to maintain high-quality medical records and seamless care transitions.</li><li>Collaborate with your preceptor to refine care plans, using your frontline observations to help shape the best possible outcomes for your patients.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned, including preparing/transporting patients for diagnostics and supporting a clean, safe healing environment.</li></ul><h3>What minimum requirements you’ll need </h3>Licensure / Certification / Registration:<ul><li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school diploma/GED required.
