We are looking to hire one dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. This is a long-term role (not a short project), and we are looking for someone who can commit ~30+ hours per week and grow with us.
Important:
We are looking for one VA who is not juggling multiple full-time clients. Availability, responsiveness, and focus are very important to us.
Responsibilities
📩 Answer customer messages on Amazon & Walmart professionally and on time
📝 Create SEO Optimized product listings on Amazon & Walmart
📊 Prepare reports using formats we provide (sales, inventory, performance, etc.)
🎨 Create basic product images using AI tools (templates and guidance provided)
🔍 Review wholesale price sheets to help identify potential product opportunities
🛠 Assist with other administrative and ecommerce-related tasks as needed
Required Skills:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Experience with Walmart Seller Center
Strong written English communication
High attention to detail
Organized and reliable
Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
Slack or similar communication tool
Experience with AI tools
Amazon tools (H10/DataDive)
Bonus:
⭐ Experience with TikTok Shop or other emerging marketplaces is a plus
