Position: Travel Writer Intern
Location: Remote
Type: Unpaid Internship
Duration: 2 Months
Responsibilities
- Research and write engaging travel articles, destination guides, and travel-related features
- Create original content covering culture, tourism, food, adventure, and lifestyle topics
- Conduct fact-checking and ensure accuracy of travel information
- Collaborate with the editorial team to refine and improve content
- Develop compelling headlines and story angles for travel audiences
- Meet content deadlines and follow editorial guidelines
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
Requirements
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Excellent command of English grammar and communication
- Interest in travel, tourism, culture, and global affairs
- Ability to conduct independent research and verify information
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous writing, blogging, or travel content experience is a plus
