Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed State Farm Customer Service Team Members, with State Farm experience, to join our remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work from anywhere while earning a competitive salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the customer retention of our agency and building lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE PRIOR STATE FARM EXPERIENCE
- Must possess a validinsurance license(s).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A proactive approach to helping customers and the agency
- Passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in answering phones.
- Proactively help identify gaps in customers coverages.
- Handle Beginning of Day Report.
- Manage emails from underwriting and customers.
- Be reliable.
