Job Description:

The selected candidate will work in a remote environment, providing exceptional customer service and handling inbound calls from consumers regarding healthcare Marketplace coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist individuals/families with applications, eligibility, and enrollment.
  • Process life events, demographic updates, disenrollments, and special enrollments.
  • Transfer or escalate calls per guidelines.
  • Provide translation services if applicable.
  • Document inquiries accurately and comply with confidentiality/privacy standards.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a high school diploma/GED, 1-2 years of experience in customer service/call center, and strong technical skills.

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required (AA or higher preferred)
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service/call center
