RADDOCTOR is a U.S.-based teleradiology practice providing diagnostic imaging interpretation services to outpatient imaging centers and healthcare providers across the United States.

Our radiologists specialize in efficient, high-quality reporting supported by structured workflows and advanced imaging systems.

We are expanding our international radiology support team and are seeking trained radiologists to assist with imaging pre-review and report preparation.

Important Notice

This role does NOT involve practicing medicine in the United States.

All final interpretations and diagnostic decisions are made exclusively by licensed U.S. radiologists.

This position focuses on radiology workflow support and pre-read preparation.

Responsibilities

Assist U.S. radiologists by preparing imaging studies for final review.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray studies
  • Performing measurements and identifying key findings
  • Preparing structured report drafts using templates
  • Identifying relevant imaging sequences and comparisons
  • Supporting radiologists with efficient workflow preparation

All reports are reviewed and finalized by U.S. board-certified radiologists.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience interpreting CT and MRI studies
  • Strong cross-sectional anatomy knowledge
  • Familiarity with PACS systems and digital radiology workflows

Preference will be given to radiologists with prior teleradiology experience.

Compensation

Payment is per completed imaging study.

Typical compensation rates:

  • CT studies: $6 – $7 USD per case
  • MRI studies: $7 – $8 USD per case
  • X-ray studies: $3 USD per case
  • Ultrasound studies: $1.25 USD per case
  • DEXA studies: $1.25 USD per case

High-performing radiologists may review 60–100 imaging studies per day, depending on modality mix.

Monthly earnings may exceed $4,000 – $8,000 USD depending on experience and volume.

Payments are made monthly via international transfer.

Equipment

RADDOCTOR provides a secure workstation setup including:

  • Laptop computer
  • External monitor
  • Dictation microphone
  • Secure VPN access to imaging systems

All systems meet U.S. healthcare privacy standards.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote position
  • Flexible working hours. 12-24-hour turnaround time.
