We are seeking a Cashiers Associate to become an integral part of our team selling Toys!
at Zona Rosa store. We need someone who can work individually and independently when needed. This Position is mostly for the weekend/Rotating weekend and some weekdays. Candidate must be able to work independently.
You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a toy/gifts/etc retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
This Position is mostly for the weekend/Rotating weekend and some weekdays. We are looking for someone that perform customer service, handle cash register and also restocking/product facing.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Ability to work as cashier independently
- Coordinate with current owners/ Manager
- Manage/handle daily cash and run daily closing reports for reconciliation.
- Cleans/restocks items in slow business hours.
- Be part of team, and be courteous to work with other team members.
- Ability to handle customers crowd during peak seasons of sale.
- Monday through Wednesday, 12 am – 6 pm
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 12 am - 7 pm
- Sunday, Noon – 6pm
- Holiday Hours Varies.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Prior experience in retail sales or a grocery store setting
- Knowledge of retail math and merchandising techniques
