Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to provide first-line support for NYSE Group's live production trading platforms. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting trading-related issues, managing inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless market operations, primarily during overnight trading hours.ResponsibilitiesProvide real-time trading operational support for all NYSE Group ExchangesMonitor trading activity, system performance, and electronic trading across all Exchange productsExecute daily checkout procedures and maintain accurate electronic logs of trading issues, disputes, and resolutionsAssist member firms with inquiries related to order types, routing behavior, and trading functionalityEngage with System Operations for the escalation of production issues and the understanding of system workflowsConsult with Technology, Product Management, and Relationship Management teams to onboard users and resolve technical issuesCoordinate with NYSE Regulation and other exchanges regarding erroneous trades and clearly erroneous (CEE) rulingsDisseminate market status updates and operational notices in a timely mannerCollaborate with Floor Operations teams to address and resolve real-time trading inquiriesDevelop deep expertise in proprietary trading systems and back-office tools to effectively support client interactions and operational workflowsContribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency and client experienceSupport process documentation and post-incident reviews to drive continuous operational improvementSkillsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution3+ years of experience in a trading environment, including roles such as trader, trader's assistant, exchange or broker-dealer trading operations, or alternative trading system (ATS)Demonstrated hands-on experience with trading systems and exchange operationsActive FINRA Series 7 license (required)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a critical-thinking mindsetProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProven ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressureDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentStrong client focus with a collaborative, team-first mindsetComfort working overnight and non-traditional hours in a 24/7 trading environmentFINRA Series 57 license is a plusSQL experience for issue investigation is a plusBenefitsHealthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision)A 401(k) planLife insuranceTime offPaid leave for qualifying circumstancesCompany OverviewWe are building the largest jewelry marketplace.
