Collaborate with the consulting team to develop innovative and impactful solutions for clients in the commodity trading sector.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance and support.
Develop and deliver presentations and reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to provide up-to-date and relevant insights to clients.
Utilize strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies for clients.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Represent McKinsey & Company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
