 Duties and Responsibilities 
-  Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and Zoom call. 
-  Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the root cause, and identifying effective solutions. 
-  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems. 
-  Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery. 
-  Provide feedback to management to improve processes, services, and the overall customer experience. 
-  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics. 
-  Uphold customer satisfaction standards and meet or exceed service metrics. 
 Requirements 
-  High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred). 
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or a related role. 
-  Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
-  Proficiency with computers, web-based platforms, and customer service tools. 
-  Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
-  Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset. 
 Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
-  Experience with remote customer service or working from home. 
-  Bilingual (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.). 
-  Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
