Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their HR technology needs and provide solutions and recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Develop and implement training programs for HR technology products to ensure efficient and effective usage by university staff.
Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of HR technology products and timely resolution of any issues.
Monitor and maintain system security and data integrity, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
Serve as a subject matter expert on HR technology products, providing guidance and support to university staff.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR technology products to identify and address any gaps or areas for improvement.
Continuously assess and optimize the performance of HR technology products to meet the changing needs of the university.
