Communication coordination is essential. You'll monitor meetings and other communications, provide action items to ensure accurate integration, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Throughout a project's lifecycle, you'll partner with various teams to create physical and digital presentations, coordinate mockups, and handle vendor liaison issues. You'll also connect with more senior level Project Coordinators, Producers, Show Managers, Project Managers, and team leads to provide status updates on schedule progress, design inputs required, completion of design achievements, and metrics on earned value.
