We are a growing healthcare organization focused on improving outcomes for patients with chronic conditions through innovative remote care management programs. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support our Nursing Director by reviewing care plans helping ensure patients receive high-quality coordinated care.

This is a remote position that emphasizes clinical review, documentation quality, and collaboration rather than direct bedside care.

Job Summary

As a Remote Registered Nurse, you will review patient care plans for clinical accuracy. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys documentation review, quality improvement, and supporting a collaborative clinical team in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review patient care plans for clinical accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
  • Approve care plans or return them for revision when necessary.
  • Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records within Healthmote and electronic medical record systems.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Strong understanding of chronic disease management and patient care.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with electronic medical records and documentation systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Chronic Care Management (CCM)
  • Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
  • Principal Care Management (PCM)
  • Care coordination
  • Clinical documentation review or quality assurance

Experience Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse license (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Prior experience in primary care, chronic disease management, ambulatory care, or care coordination preferred

Work Schedule

  • Approximately 3 hours of work each business day
  • Many care plans may be reviewed outside traditional business hours, allowing flexibility as long as workload expectations are met

Compensation

  • $1.50 per care plan successfully completed. Each care plan takes between 3 - 4 minutes to complete. 50 care plans completed each day.
