Description:
Royal Packaging LLC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and well-diversified Order Entry Associate to provide administrative support in a fast-paced, well-organized environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, accuracy, and the ability to think quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Manually enter incoming orders promptly and accurately
- Generate required paperwork for each order (packing lists, labels, bills of lading, etc.)
- Verify inventory availability and communicate any delays to customers
- File, scan, answer light phone calls, and take messages in a professional manner
- Communicate efficiently with warehouse staff regarding orders
- Schedule appointments as needed
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Well-organized with excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines
Problem assessment and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Warehouse / 3PL inventory experience preferred
