<p>We are partnering with a fast-growing company that is looking to bring on a E-Commerce Coordinator to support on Director of E-Commerce in optimizing and scaling the D2C and Amazon channels. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and analytical who loves blending data, content, and creativity to drive performance.</p>
<p>You’ll help manage the Shopify and Amazon storefronts, conduct data analysis and forecasting, and ensure all listings and campaigns are fully optimized for visibility and conversion.</p>

<div> <strong>What You’ll Do</strong> <strong>E-Commerce Optimization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support day-to-day management of Shopify Plus and Amazon storefronts.</li>
<li>Audit product pages for SEO, visuals, and conversion best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on launches, pricing, and promotions.</li>
<li>Maintain content consistency across <a href="" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> Amazon, and <a href="" target="_blank" data-safetoignore="1" rel="noopener noreferrer">retail.com</a> partners.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Analytics & Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze traffic, sales, and performance data across all e-commerce channels.</li>
<li>Forecast monthly and quarterly D2C sales based on historical data.</li>
<li>Provide actionable insights to inform paid media, SEO, and retention strategies.</li>
<li>Use tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Amazon Seller Reports.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Amazon Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create and update listings in Seller Central (local and global).</li>
<li>Partner with our agency on brand store optimization and Amazon Ads.</li>
<li>Monitor account health, identify opportunities, and ensure accurate product data.</li>
<li>Manage both FBA and FBM processes.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Marketing Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with the brand team to craft engaging copy and product descriptions.</li>
<li>Update image assets and support cross-channel content optimization.</li>
<li>Collaborate on PPC, SEO, and affiliate marketing initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>What You’ll Bring</strong> <strong>Must-Have Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Plus.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and reporting.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and e-commerce marketing fundamentals.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, pivot tables).</li>
<li>Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with affiliate, email, or retention marketing.</li>
<li><a href="" target="_blank" data-safetoignore="1" rel="noopener noreferrer">retail.com</a> experience (Target, Walmart, etc.).</li>
<li>Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.</li>
