Develop and implement stress testing strategies and solutions across the organization.
Lead and manage a team, providing direction, support, and guidance to drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and opportunities.
Communicate and present stress testing results and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage and execute complex projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Stay informed about market and industry trends related to stress testing and incorporate them into the organization's strategies.
Conduct regular stress testing exercises and evaluate the effectiveness of existing stress testing processes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain stress testing documentation and procedures.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in stress testing and risk management.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the stress testing function.
Represent the organization in external meetings and events related to stress testing.
