Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide them with knowledgeable advice about books and other products.
Process payments and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
Stock shelves and keep the store organized.
Assist customers in locating products and answer any questions they may have.
Promote and recommend books, magazines, and other products to customers.
Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and helpful customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary.
Attend store meetings and training sessions as required.
