Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations within a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment. As part of a growing family-owned business, this role is designed to be flexible and may oversee inbound receiving, outbound shipping, or inventory control depending on operational needs. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for driving execution, accountability and service performance while helping maintain a strong team-first culture.

Our operation supports multiple clients with evolving priorities, so the ideal candidate is adaptabale, solutions-focused, and comfortable leading in a dynamic environment where communication and ownership matter.

Key Responsibilities

Own daily execution within an assigned functional area (inbound, outbound, or inventory) based on business needs.

Lead and support warehouse associates by setting clear expectations and maintaining floor presence.

Coordinate receiving, putaway, picking, packing, or shipping workflows to meet service and accuracy standards.

Monitor productivity, staffing, and equipment usage to maintain efficinet operations.

Maintain accurate inventory practices including cycle counts, quality checks, and system updates as applicable to assigned area.

Enforce safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards.

Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and accountabiilty

Communicate effectively with operations leadership, customer service and cross-functional teams

Identify process improvements that enhance workflow, accuracy and overall efficiency

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred.

Working knowledge of inbound, outbound, or inventory management processes.

Experience in a multi-client or fast-paced distribution environment strongly preferred.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining high standards.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the warehouse environment.

Comfortable working in a distribution setting with varying temperatures.
