Your work ensures products are handled safely, efficiently, and in compliance with strict safety and quality standards. Your contributions directly support the timely delivery of products enjoyed by millions. </p><p> <br> </p><p>What You’ll Do </p><p>In this hands-on role, you will: </p><ul><li><p>Perform general duties involving physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment </p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean and orderly work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements </p></li><li><p>Operate industrial power equipment </p></li><li><p>Restock and replenish materials as appropriate </p></li><li><p>Perform general maintenance tasks </p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures </p></li><li><p>Fill in for other operational positions as needed </p></li><li><p>Support general warehouse, production, and cooler service duties </p></li><li><p>Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting 50+ pounds </p></li></ul><p> <br> </p><p>Required Qualifications </p><ul><li><p>0–1 year of general work experience </p></li><li><p>Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack and lift products safely </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated attention to detail </p></li><li><p>Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds </p></li><li><p>Commitment to workplace safety and compliance </p></li></ul><p>Mandatory Safety Requirements </p><p>Steel toe boots are required. </p><p>All footwear must: </p><ul><li><p>Be ANSI Z41-compliant (or local country-equivalent) </p></li><li><p>Include a Class 75 protective toe (steel or composite) </p></li><li><p>Have a puncture-resistant Kevlar bottom </p></li><li><p>Feature slip-resistant soles meeting Mark II LS-oily/wet test at .35 or higher </p></li><li><p>Be a minimum of 6 inches high (no low-cut shoes permitted) </p></li></ul><p>Additional Requirements: </p><ul><li><p>Face covering required at all times while in the facility </p></li><li><p>Temperature monitoring conducted prior to entering the facility </p></li><li><p>Required attire: Non-logo red, black, or grey tee shirt; non-logo baseball cap if worn </p></li><li><p>Proper PPE must be worn as required for assigned tasks </p></li></ul><p>This safety specification applies to all manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, fleet, and applicable commercial areas, including temporary workers and contractors. </p><p> <br> </p><p>Preferred Qualifications </p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma preferred </p></li><li><p>Prior warehouse, production, or equipment service experience </p></li><li><p>Forklift certification is a plus </p></li></ul><p> <br> </p><p>Apply Today </p><p>If you are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to take on a physically active role in a dynamic production environment, we encourage you to apply now. </p><br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $14.50 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
