Spotter – Night Shift
Location: Chambersburg, PA 17202
Pay: $16–$18/hr
Schedule: Nights | 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Duration: 6–8 months

We are hiring dependable Spotters to support technicians working on lifts and elevated equipment. Responsibilities include monitoring lift operations, maintaining a safe work zone, and assisting with general site tasks as needed. This role is safety-focused and ideal for candidates comfortable working overnight shifts on active job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Observe and spot technicians operating lifts
- Maintain safe working areas and communicate hazards
- Assist with general labor/site support tasks
- Follow all job site safety procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong attention to safety
- Reliable attendance
- Must provide own PPE: Class E hardhat, safety-toe boots, safety glasses, hi-vis vest/shirt
