Role Overview
Flawless Cleaning Services Brevard LLC is seeking a self-motivated Virtual Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter to support our commercial growth efforts. This role is focused strictly on outbound prospecting and appointment setting — not closing sales.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with business decision-makers, and driven by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and commercial facilities
- Speak with decision-makers (office managers, property managers, etc.)
- Introduce Flawless Cleaning services professionally
- Schedule qualified walkthrough / consultation appointments
- Send follow-up emails when needed
- Maintain accurate call notes and lead tracking
- Submit simple daily activity reports
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Reliable internet and phone access
- Organized and self-managed
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Prior sales / call center experience preferred but not required
Important Notes
- This role is appointment setting only (no sales closing)
- Training and script guidance provided
- Work hours are flexible but consistency is expected
Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $6.00 - $10.00 per hour
