The Lead Plant Project Engineer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful completion of plant engineering projects.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least five years of experience in a plant engineering role. Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate plant engineering projects to ensure successful completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Monitor activities to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and provide regular progress reports to management.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders involved in the project.
Identify, analyze, and resolve any project issues or risks.
Create and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, and other related documents.
Monitor the safety, compliance, and quality standards of the project to ensure they are met.
Work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure successful outcomes.
