The Role A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. They will need to have a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who can exercise good judgment and significant initiative. An ideal candidate will have a passion for communications and understand the media landscape.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support the day-to-day administrative needs of three directors on the US Communications team. Maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings both internally and externally/booking large department events/meetings and offsites.

Organize domestic and international travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and vehicle transportation.

Keep Netflix media center and newsroom updated with relevant information about upcoming initiatives and announcements and assist with general press queries, issues, and troubleshooting.

Update and manage press lists.

Help staff in-person photoshoots and events and support special projects as needed.
