JOB DETAILS:

Title: Sr. UI/UX Designer

Location: Culver City, CA (Need Local only)

Duration: 12 Months

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery and research through high fidelity design and delivery.

• Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.

• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

• Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure design feasibility and quality.

• Present design concepts and design rationale to senior stakeholders and clients.

• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG), responsiveness, and consistency across platforms.

• Influence product and experience strategy through design thinking and user insights.

• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and dynamic data.

• 6–10+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.

• Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
