Social Media Creator & Marketing Assistant – GSPS Marine (Gulf Shores, AL)

GSPS Marine is one of the Gulf Coast’s largest and fastest-growing marine and power sports dealerships. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented, outgoing Social Media Content Creator who can bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to our online presence.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for creating daily social media content, including Facebook Reels, product videos, and on-camera walk-throughs. You will work directly with the sales department to capture inventory, new arrivals, product features, and dealership activity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create daily content for Facebook and Instagram (Reels, short-form videos, stories)
• Appear on camera for product features and dealership updates
• Film and edit walk-around videos with sales staff
• Capture on-lot and in-store footage of new units and customer moments
• Assist the sales department with light administrative or marketing tasks
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor engagement

Qualifications:

• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
• Experience filming and editing short-form content (smartphone + apps like Canva/CapCut)
• Strong communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Social media/marketing experience preferred

Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday 9-5:30 preferred

Compensation: Pay based on experience
