At the same time, the advent of Agentic AI and Agentic commerce is driving exciting innovations in the payments space but also creating new attack vectors for fraudsters. Addressing these trends will require rapid and effective decision making, strong collaboration with internal and external partners and a strong external focus to stay plugged in to innovations, new form factors and of course adaptations by fraudsters.<o:p></o:p>The Agentic Commerce Fraud Risk team is looking for an energetic and high-performing Senior Manager to drive innovation in agentic commerce fraud strategy. You will have the power to identify interesting and actionable insights that would have a meaningful impact on our customers and our business.<o:p></o:p>You will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies and capabilities for fraud prevention. To succeed in this role, you would need to have a very good blend of technical skills, innovative thinking and relationship building skills.<o:p></o:p>Key Responsibilities:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Manage fraud losses for proprietary portfolio for Agentic Commerce<o:p></o:p></li><li>Minimize Unprofitable Fraud Related Disruptions, with specific focus on Fraud Strategy Controls<o:p></o:p></li><li>Address Emerging Fraud Trends & Monitor Key Metrics to take Corrective Actions<o:p></o:p></li><li>Conceptualize and implement new variables which would help in reducing approved fraud<o:p></o:p></li><li>Partner with Global Servicing, Digital Labs and other teams<o:p></o:p></li><li>Provide thought leadership for new agentic product integrations<o:p></o:p></li><li>Lead integration of new data sources<o:p></o:p></li><li>Define business requirements for platforms involved in fraud risk prevention strategies.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Establish KPIs and KRIs<o:p></o:p></li><li>Participate in new product development discussions as needed<o:p></o:p></li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<o:p></o:p><ul><li>Undergraduate / Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science<o:p></o:p></li><li>Experience with data processing tools such as R, SAS, SQL, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is required<o:p></o:p></li><li>Understanding of statistical techniques related to data analysis and correlation<o:p></o:p></li><li>Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is a plus<o:p></o:p></li><li>Working knowledge of fraud landscape and emerging fraud trends in the card space is a plus<o:p></o:p></li><li>Understanding of payment products, emerging technologies and competitive landscape is preferred<o:p></o:p></li><li>Ability to manage multiple requests and changing priorities and to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment<o:p></o:p></li><li>Proven track record of working proactively and independently to solve problems and drive results<o:p></o:p></li><li>Strong presentation skills to convey data and fraud insights to different stakeholders<o:p></o:p></li><li>Ability to build collaborative, trusting relationships<o:p></o:p></li><li>Strong project management and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment<o:p></o:p></li><li>Experience/knowledge of Agentic Payments/AI preferred<o:p></o:p></li></ul> Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
