<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p>
<ul><li>Dig into research — understand who our best prospects are and why they'd care about us</li><li>Initiate outreach through email, phone, and professional networking platforms (yes, all three)</li><li>Ask smart questions to uncover real needs and determine genuine fit</li><li>Schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects</li><li>Keep HubSpot (our CRM) clean, accurate, and up to date — yes, this matters</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to sharpen messaging and targeting</li><li>Follow defined processes to ensure a consistent, positive prospect experience — and push back when you have a better idea</li><li>Learn relentlessly — from coaching, from feedback, and from every single conversation</li></ul>
<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p>
<ul><li>Clear, professional communicator — in writing, on the phone, and everywhere in between</li><li>Comfortable using data tools and AI-assisted research platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT/Claude) to identify and qualify prospects</li><li>Genuinely curious about people, problems, and what makes a business tick</li><li>Organized, reliable, and consistent — you follow up when you say you will</li><li>Eager to learn new technologies that make prospecting smarter and more personal</li><li>A team player who contributes meaningfully and makes the people around them better</li></ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have (not required):</strong></p>
<ul><li>Experience using a CRM or sales engagement tools</li><li>Background in outbound communication, customer support, or a similar role</li></ul>
<p><strong>Additional requirements:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Must be able to work from home during core US business hours</li><li>Must be located in the United States and be legally eligible to work for us. Must have the ability to fulfill the job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations</li><li>Travel is required for an all-company meeting, and may be required once or twice per year for team or project meetings</li></ul>
