Sales Development Rep (Part-Time, Remote)

About Us
We help communities build coordinated systems that move families out of poverty for good. As we scale, we're looking for a hire that can grow with us (while wearing a few different hats along the way).
What You'll Do
Develop our sales pipeline in Hubspot. Research and reach out to workforce boards, TANF programs, and community action agencies. Book discovery calls for our leadership team.
- Research and identify prospects aligned with our work
- Send 40-60 personalized outreach emails per week
- Book discovery calls
- Track everything in HubSpot
- Monitor conferences and RFPs in the workforce development space
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Book qualified meetings each month
- Develop a repeatable outreach playbook that works for our audience
- Build knowledge of the workforce development and poverty alleviation landscape
- Generate pipeline that converts to real engagements
Requirements
- Strong written communication — in an age of automation you know how to make genuine connections that last
- Organized — you keep track of multiple prospects
- Open to feedback and willing to adjust your approach
- Interested in social impact work
Nice to have:
- 1-2 years of sales, outreach, or customer-facing experience
- Government, nonprofit, or social sector background
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Compensation
- $25/hr base
- $50 per qualified meeting booked
- 5% of closed revenue from deals you helped generate
- 20 hrs/week, flexible schedule (some EST overlap helpful)
- Fully remote, US-based
Example: You book 8 meetings. 2 close at $8K each. That's $400 + $800 = $1,200 bonus that month.

Experience:
