Role Overview:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize marketing workflows, automations, and email campaigns. Your role will include building, implementing, and testing marketing automations, integrating tools using Zapier, and overseeing email marketing operations. You will also support landing page and funnel creation, ensuring they drive conversions effectively. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with automation platforms, experienced in email marketing, and capable of contributing to web design projects to support campaign goals.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation & Integration: Build, manage, and optimize workflows and automations using Zapier and platform-specific tools. Create ManyChat automations, integrate platforms, and test workflows to ensure smooth performance.

  • Email Marketing Operations: Manage email campaigns, segment lists, schedule emails, and optimize performance by tracking metrics like open rates and conversion rates. Build reporting processes for campaign insights.

  • Web & Landing Page Design: Collaborate on landing pages, opt-in forms, and web pages optimized for user experience and conversions. Review analytics to refine performance.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and operations. Support project management in tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Notion.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with Zapier, building and managing marketing automations.

  • Strong background in email marketing: list segmentation, campaign scheduling, and performance analysis.

  • Familiarity with GSuite, ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Kajabi, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, Framer, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, and Slack.

  • Experience designing landing pages and opt-in forms with attention to branding and conversions.

  • Ability to troubleshoot workflows and funnels.

  • Preferred: Experience with JavaScript, APIs, and webhooks.
