The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of property equipment, performing preventive and routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting necessary repairs. Daily tasks include inspecting and maintaining building systems, addressing resident maintenance requests, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for all occupants. This role requires responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.<br><br> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><ul><li>Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance</li><li>Proficient in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues</li><li>Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair processes</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident and team interactions</li><li>Basic understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance</li><li>Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus</li><li>Previous experience in property management maintenance is preferred</li></ul>
