They play a key role in driving operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions, and continuously improving laboratory workflows, especially in high-complexity areas such as genomics and molecular diagnostics.</p> <p>Their responsibilities include performing and supervising specialized laboratory tests, such as HLA and genomic testing, ensuring precision, accuracy, and adherence to internationally recognized laboratory protocols. The role involves maintaining, calibrating, and optimizing laboratory instruments used in molecular procedures, including PCR, DNA extraction, and sequence-based typing, to guarantee reliable and consistent test results.</p> <p>The technologist collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams, supports ongoing meetings with professionalism and confidentiality, and completes all assigned performance evaluations and reporting in a timely manner.
