They play a key role in driving operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions, and continuously improving laboratory workflows, especially in high-complexity areas such as genomics and molecular diagnostics.</p> <p>Their responsibilities include performing and supervising specialized laboratory tests, such as HLA and genomic testing, ensuring precision, accuracy, and adherence to internationally recognized laboratory protocols.
