data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Must be able to complete support tickets and inquiries in a compressed timeline </li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li class="li1">Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology Degree or equivalent experience  </li> <li class="li1">3 + year's experience in collision estimation</li> <li class="li1">Must geographically based in the Eastcoast of the U.S.</li> <li class="li1">Knowledge in Electric Vehicle estimation is a plus </li> <li class="li1">Understanding of collision repair practices and processes used in collision repair is a plus </li> <li class="li1">OEM specific collision repair training(s) is a plus </li> <li class="li1">Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines </li> <li class="li1">Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion </li> <li class="li1">Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills </li> <li class="li1">Knowledge in Salesforce, Smartsheets, and Lucid Charts is a plus </li> <li class="li1">High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook </li> <li class="li1">Capable of working efficiently in a start-up environment </li> <li class="li1">Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment </li> <li class="li1">Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations simultaneously </li> <li class="li1">Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners </li> <li class="li1">Ability to travel as needed  </li> <li class="li1">Must possess a valid driver’s license </li> <li class="li1">Must possess a valid passport </li> <li class="li1">Collision or Refinishing Technology degree or equivalent work experience </li> <li class="li1">Automotive collision repair process knowledge preferred</li> </ul> Salary Range for Ithaca Based Applicants: $94,000 to $108,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
