Executive Assistant to Owner (Remote) – High-Performance Role

We are a fast-growing construction company seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the owner. This is a fully remote position, but make no mistake, this is a high-responsibility, high-performance role for someone who operates at an elite level.

What You’ll Do:
Own and manage the owner’s calendar with precision
Control and filter communication (email, calls, vendors, clients)
Coordinate across projects, teams, and timelines without things slipping
Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups relentlessly
Prepare high-level documents, reports, and communications
Act as the operational backbone to keep the business running smoothly

Minimum Qualifications (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These):
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role
Experience directly supporting an owner, CEO, or senior executive
Associate’s degree or higher required (Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Extremely high attention to detail; mistakes are not acceptable
Elite organizational skills; you manage chaos without getting overwhelmed
Fast response times and strong sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication (clear, concise, professional)
Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and using CRMs, project management tools, and communication platforms
Ability to prioritize correctly under pressure and shifting demands
Discretion and professionalism; you will be handling sensitive information
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and zero distractions during work hours
Active health insurance coverage is required for this role

Preferred (But Not Required):
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in construction, real estate, or operations-heavy industries
Experience managing multiple projects, vendors, or field teams
