<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>The Compliance & Ethics Supervisor provides program support to the department. He/She manages components of compliance programs and assists managers with program requests.</li>
<li>This position develops, updates, and maintains various databases, programs, and materials to support specific compliance program functional areas.</li>
<li>He/She assists in employee fraud investigations, participates in interviews, and has access to highly confidential employee information.</li>
<li>This position participates in Compliance and Ethics programs both domestically and internationally and may supervise others in the department.</li>
