Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing program development and management of a german immersion preschool.

Duties

• Supervise and support staff in the delivery of programs and services.
• Manage department of health needs
• Ensure appropriate staffing and visa requirements
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support for staff development and performance improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in supervising teams
• Strong skills in program development, management, and evaluation.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management related to program operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively across diverse groups.
