Job Description
As an Aircraft Cabinet Technician, you will modify, repair, refurbish, and fabricate custom cabinetry and interior wood components for private aircraft. This position is ideal for experienced craftsmen who enjoy precision work and producing high-quality aircraft interiors.
Responsibilities
Disassemble and reassemble aircraft cabinetry.
Fabricate custom aircraft cabinets, divans, ledges, and other interior wood components.
Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
Remove existing laminate and veneer without damaging the underlying structure.
Cut, fit, and install laminate and veneer materials.
Repair damaged cabinetry and aircraft interior panels.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with fellow technicians to complete projects on schedule.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous aircraft cabinet, aircraft interior, cabinet making, or fine woodworking experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Experience working with laminate, veneer, and woodworking materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
